Aaron brings over ten years of senior experience to the role of CEO. He joined TransactPay in February 2019, originally as Chief Operating Officer (COO), prior to being appointed as CEO of TransactPay’s European headquarters in Malta where he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Group’s European Economic Area (EEA) activity. Aaron was appointed as CEO of TransactPay in 2022 and is based at the company’s head office in Gibraltar.

Aaron also spent a number of years as a legal and regulatory advisor to the payments and gaming sectors and held the position of Managing Director of Ramparts European Law Firm.

Joining TransactPay, Europe, based in Malta, in February 2020 as Risk Manager, Sergio swiftly ascended to Head of Risk. He assumed the pivotal role of CEO, TransactPay, Europe in 2022.

Sergio brings his wealth of experience in key controlling functions, including Risk, AML, Compliance and Finance. His knowledge and proficiency in these critical areas contribute significantly to the company’s governance, ensuring a robust and compliant operational framework. Sergio’s approach embodies harmonising strategic vision with meticulous control functions ensuring the company’s sustained success and growth.

Andrea joined TransactPay in 2018 as Financial Controller and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2021. Prior to joining TransactPay, Andrea was FC and CFO at a licensed E-Money issuer in Gibraltar and also held senior finance roles in the Online Gaming sector in Gibraltar with Ladbrokes Coral Group plc and IGT.

Before moving to Gibraltar, Andrea held finance management positions for UK listed retail companies such as French Connection plc, Kingfisher plc and Walmart owned Asda Stores Ltd . Andrea is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Noel has over two decades of financial services experience, specialising into payments in 2008. He joined TransactPay in 2010 where he is highly valued for his extensive knowledge and experience in BIN Sponsorship. Noel heads up all business development activity for new partners and supports existing partners’ new business requirements.

Prior to joining TransactPay, Noel worked as the Business Development Manager for Newcastle Cards Solutions looking after relationship management of existing clients alongside new business development initiatives.

Louise has over a decade’s experience in the BIN Sponsorship space and joined the TransactPay team in 2015. She ultimately oversees implementation of new programs, projects and ongoing client support of services being delivered within TransactPay.

Louise has a strong entrepreneurial background across various industries. Prior to joining TransactPay in 2015, Louise worked with markets.com, the world’s fastest growing FX trading platform.

Susan is a seasoned Legal & HR Director at TransactPay, Gibraltar, with a focus on human resources, commercial law and litigation. With over 20 years’ experience, she has been a driving force in legal and HR functions, demonstrating leadership as Managing Partner at Simpson Millar Law Firm, Head of Legal at GMB trade union, and as a Senior Solicitor at Browell Smith and Co Solicitors Ltd.

Susan’s diverse background includes roles as a Lecturer of Business Law at the University of Gibraltar and Course Leader for the Professional Certificate of Competence in Gibraltar Law. She has contributed to the legal sector both independently as a Legal Consultant and in various capacities at prestigious law firms and organisations, including Make UK (formerly EEF). Susan began her legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Northumbria University.

Joanne brings over 15 years of Client Relationship Management experience within the Cards and Payments industry. A proud graduate of Edge Hill University with a BSc Psychology, Joanne has further honed her skills through postgraduate qualifications in Leadership and Management, Personnel Practice and became an NLP Practitioner to support her role in managing client relationships. Joanne has a passion for understanding people and a commitment to finding innovative solutions that elevate our clients’ businesses.  With a keen focus on driving increased revenue, boosting productivity, and enhancing net profits, Joanne is dedicated to forging meaningful connections and strategic partnerships that propel businesses to new heights whilst   aligning to our own ever broadening services.

Carlos oversees the operations of TransactPay. Prior to joining TransactPay Carlos was the Service Operations Manager at Kalixa Payments Group. Carlos also has experience in the gaming space having worked for Party Gaming and its subsidiaries. His skills and experience include payments, processing, risk management, IT, reporting and AML among others.

Nikki joined TransactPay in 2022 as Projects Team Lead and was promoted to Head of Projects in 2023.  Nikki has been involved in the payments industry for just under 20 years in various project operational roles, across both program managers and processors and brings with her a wealth of industry understanding and project best practice controls.  Nikki is very process driven and enjoys working with clients to ensure they get best possible solution to meet their project needs.
