What is BIN Sponsorship?
Bank Identification Number (BIN) Sponsorship is a single compliant connection between an organisation and the card scheme network, enabling transactions to be processed and cardholder funds settled using the BIN for identification. BINs are only available to members of the major card schemes.
As a Principal Member of Mastercard and Visa, we sponsor BINs for our customers. This sponsorship enables them to issue cards to their end customers. As a partner with TransactPay, our customers also gain access to our team of in-house experts in scheme rules.
Our BIN Sponsorship solution enables our customers to perform many of the operations of a financial institution themselves, without carrying the regulatory burden.
