Transact Payments today unveils its new brand name and identity: TransactPay. The departure from the company’s existing name and branding reflects the next phase of its growth and expansion, and its evolution into the truly international business that TransactPay is today.
Founded 12 years ago to offer BIN sponsorship, it has become a key enabler for Programme Managers in the financial industry. In this role, TransactPay helps established financial institutions and burgeoning fintechs to launch the newest, most innovative B2B and B2C products at speed, while maintaining full regulatory compliance. With the services and expertise it provides to its customers, it aims to enhance the entire payments ecosystem within the UK and Europe.
A key consideration for TransactPay when approaching this rebrand was that its refreshed name and identity also needed to lean into the brand equity that had been built up since 2012. The branding process, which took twelve months to complete and involved stakeholders across the entire business, resulted in a new brand that better mirrors where the company now is as an international group, as well as its diversified service offerings.
The shift in brand identity comes at a time of sustained growth and ongoing profitability for TransactPay. Customers of TransactPay include Payac, Moss, Afterpay, Currencies Direct, Tymit, and Yonder.
To accompany this updated brand, the company also reveals its new strapline: The Partnership that Pays. It is launching a new website too, which can be accessed at www.TransactPay.com.
TransactPay CEO, Aaron Carpenter, said: “TransactPay is an impactful new identity that reflects our ambitions to become the BIN sponsor of choice for Programme Managers across the payments ecosystem in the UK and Europe. Crucially, our rebrand isn’t a departure from our roots, but instead is a reaffirmation of our core values, while also better showcasing who TransactPay is today.”
“Since launching over 12 years ago, the financial industry has undergone an extraordinary pace of change and TransactPay is proud to have become a key enabler of our customers’ product innovation, regulatory compliance and sustainability. Our new strapline – ‘The Partnership that Pays’ – serves to highlight TransactPay’s enablement role in this everchanging environment while reflecting our mission and values.”
“For us, this rebrand doesn’t just mean a change of name and core brand assets, it represents a critical step in the future growth and development of TransactPay.”
